“Going Deeper: Coaching that Matters”

Heather, Chrysann & Cindy shared cutting edge information & facilitated rich conversations that created opportunities to network. Some of their content included:

• Linda Darling Hammond’s research: Current State of Professional Learning in the US.
• Overviews of three different coaching structures
• Change Models for making deep & difficult change

• I am a first year instructional coach & I fell like I’ve been given some valuable tools to take back to teachers to increase student learning.
